Methotrexate is a folic acid antagonist. When you take methotrexate, your levels of folates can decrease significantly, resulting in four main adverse effects, including: Gastrointestinal intolerance, Stomatitis (mouth sores or ulcerations), Anemia, and Hepatotoxicity.

When do I need Trexate Support?
